We are excited to announce the Call for Papers for the upcoming ORACLE Workshop (Open Reasoning Across Cultures & Languages).

While Generative AI and LLMs have made incredible progress in complex reasoning, non-English languages and diverse cultural contexts often face systematic gaps. ORACLE aims to bridge this divide by fostering transparent methods, open data, and reproducible evaluations to support reliable, culturally aware reasoning at scale.

We welcome your contributions!
We are inviting previously unpublished papers—both long (8 pages) and short (4 pages)—that advance multilingual and multicultural AI capabilities.

We accept both archival and non-archival submissions.

We are particularly interested in works related to:
- Evaluation Methods: Assessing multilingual spaces, cultural grounding, and robustness.
- Domain-Grounded Applications: Multilingual AI in science, education, finance, and healthcare.
- Agentic Workflows: Autonomous reasoning across linguistic and cultural boundaries.
- Trust & Safety: Building interpretable, well-calibrated systems and ensuring ethical alignment in multicultural AI deployments.
- Resources: Tools and data for inferring culturally mediated meanings.
