Dear ACL Community,
We invite you to submit your work to ACM HCOMP 2026, the 2026 ACM Conference on Human-AI Complementarity and Alignment.
ACM HCOMP is the premier venue for research on systems that combine the complementary strengths of human and artificial intelligence. The conference builds on HCOMP's first decade as an AAAI conference series on human computation and crowdsourcing, and now expands its focus toward human-AI collaboration, alignment, and complementary intelligence.
This year, HCOMP will be co-located and tightly integrated with the 2026 ACM Collective Intelligence (CI) Conference. Our shared theme is Connections, highlighting connections across disciplines; across humans, animals, and machines; between individuals and communities; and beyond.
We especially welcome submissions from the ACL community on topics including human-centered NLP, LLM evaluation and alignment, data annotation, human-AI interaction, crowdsourcing, AI-assisted creativity, and collaborative intelligence.
