The Association for Computational Linguistics invites proposals to host the 48th Annual Meeting of the ACL, to be held in Europe in June or July, 2010.
At this time, we seek draft proposals from prospective bidders. Based on an evaluation of the draft proposals, promising bidders will be asked to provide additional information for the final selection process.
The 51st Annual Meeting of the ACL in 2013 will be held in Sofia, Bulgaria. Svetla Koeva (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences) will be local chair and Hinrich Schuetze (University of Stuttgart) general chair. Pascale Fung (Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) and Massimo Poesio (University of Essex) have agreed to serve as program cochairs.
50TH ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ACL!
The Association for Computational Linguistics invites proposals to host the 50th Annual Meeting of the ACL, to be held in the Asia-Pacific region in June, July, or August 2012.
At this time, we seek preliminary draft proposals from prospective bidders in the Asia-Pacific region. Promising bidders will be asked to provide additional information for the final selection.
The International Joint Conference on Natural Language Processing (IJCNLP) was initiated in 2004 by The Asian Federation of Natural Language Processing (AFNLP) Associations with the major goal to provide a platform for researchers and professionals from around the world to share their experiences related to natural language processing and computational linguistics. In the past years, IJCNLPs were held in 5 different places: Hainan Island (2004), Jeju Island (2005), Hyderabad (2008), Singapore (2009), and Chiang Mai (2011).
The ACL'2014 Committee has selected the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront hotel (http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/bwiwf-baltimore-marriott-waterfront) as venue for the ACL'2014 conference, which will be held from June 22nd to June 27th.
