The 40th Pacific Asia Conference on Language, Information and Computation (PACLIC 40) is officially calling for papers! This milestone 40th-anniversary event will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, from December 10–12, 2026, hosted by the Graduate Institute of Linguistics at National Taiwan University (NTU). PACLIC is a premier annual international conference that has brought together researchers in linguistics, computational linguistics, and natural language processing for four decades. Since 1987, PACLIC has served as a vital forum for advancing language science across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Key Metrics & Publication:
- All submissions undergo a rigorous, double-blind peer review process.
- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be indexed in Scopus and included in the ACL Anthology.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be anonymous for double-blind review.
- Papers must follow the ACL 2026 two-column format.
- Papers may consist of up to eight (8) pages of content, excluding references and appendices.
