This page outlines the basic steps you need to follow to prepare and submit the camera-ready version of poster and demo papers for the main conference.

1. Paper Format

Style files:

Sample LaTeX file	ijcnlp-05.tex
LaTeX style file	ijcnlp-05.sty
LaTeX bibliography style	ijc.bst
MS Word document template	ijcnlp-05.dot

Please also note the following:

• Do NOT include headers or page numbers on your final paper.
• Do NOT underline email addresses or URLs.
• Do NOT put periods after section and subsection numbers.
• All sections after conclusion (e.g. Acknowledgments, References, etc.) should NOT start with a section number.
• Set paper size to A4.

2. Submission

The deadline for submitting your camera-ready paper is 12 August 2005.  We have a very tight schedule, and we ask for your cooperation to submit on or before the deadline to make sure the proceedings can be printed on time for the conference.

Submit your final paper in PDF format.  Upload your file via the START system.

3. Copyright Form

Please complete and sign the copyright transfer form.  Send it or fax it on or before 12 August 2005 to:
