2023Q3 Reports: Member at-large / SIGs&BIG

The ACL currently has 27 SIGs, thereof one new one that was created earlier this year (SigSUMM), and one BIG (EquiCL). All SIGs and the BIG are currently responsive.

The largest SIGs are currently:

SIGREP (ca. 2000 members) SIGDAT (ca. 1200 members) SIGSEM (880 members) SigDIAL (581 members)
