Summary

Things done by July 15th:

• Posted the Call for Volunteers to ACL portal and conference sites.

• Selected around 150 volunteers according to the tasks and time slots from more than 200 applicants.

• Notified the results to the applicants.

• Posting the volunteering time slots for the volunteers to select.

• Coordinating with Underline Co. to arrange the training lessons.

• Selected five volunteers as microblogging team.

Plan

To do by July 30th:

• Assigning the task for every volunteers.

• Training the volunteers before the conference.

• Managing the volunteering tasks before and during the conference.
