2021Q3 Reports: Remote Presentation Chairs

The duty of remote presentation committee is to work with PC chairs, virtual infrastructure committee, Underline.io, and other committees to ensure the remote presentation.

We have built an alias e-mail address acl-ijcnlp2021-rpc@googlegroup.com.

We have also taken some test and checked some functions of the Underline.io platform:

1) The problem of side bar Q&A. SIGIR 2021 has reported that the side bar Q&A was wiped clean for every paper every day. We checked this problem with Underline.io and got a reply that the platform will not clean any text.

2) The problem of author list. The order of the author list of the pre-recorded video is not in accordance with the author list of the paper. Underline.io explained that the presenter of the pre-recorded video will come first and the other authors are ordered according to alphabets. The difference of the author list is confusing and Underline.io will fix the problem in the future.
