The SIGUR board was voted in 2017 meeting:

• Vice-president: Veronika Vincze Researcher at Szegedi Tudományegyetem

• Secretary: Francis M. Tyers Researcher at UiT Norgga árktalaš universitehta

• Events: Michael Rießler Researcher at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg

• Community liaison: Trond Trosterud Professor at UiT Norgga árktalaš universitehta

The next board members are elected in 2020 meeting in Wien.

5th International Workshop for Computational Linguistics of Uralic Languages (IWCLUL) in 2019

IWCLUL2019: SIGUR organised the 5th International Workshop on Computational Linguistics for the Uralic languages (IWCLUL2019) at the University of Tarto in January 2019, and the proceedings were published through ACL anthology.

Future meetings

The next annual meeting is tentatively planned for 2020 in Wien (IWCLUL 2020)
