I am a systems biologist using multi-omic data sets to study how immune exposures (pathogens, vaccines, etc.) leave their mark on our immune systems. I am also involved in efforts to curate, standardize, and disseminate published literature in a searchable format to facilitate comparative analyses and data re-use.
