Notice

  1. Every student registrant MUST show his/her student's identification card at the registration desk. Moreover, every student has to attach (email to registration@ijcnlp2011.org (with the subject: student ID), or fax to +66-2501 3524 a proof of your student status (a copy of your valid student ID or a certifying letter from your department).

  1. November 6-15 is very HIgh season of Chiang Mai. Please reserve the accommodation immediately to make sure you will not miss IJCNLP2011 and the Great Loy Kratong Festival. Our conference has negotiated with The Shangri-La Hotel, Chiangmai, for the special IJCNLP discounted price. Due to the uncertainty of current US$ exchange rate, the registration fee has to be quoted in Thai Baht to keep our original pricing plan. We are sorry for all inconveniences that may occur. Thank you for your kind understanding.

※ Student registration does not include the students who have a paper accepted. Every conference paper requires at least one regular conference registration.

Notes:

  • At least one author of every accepted paper must register before Sep. 02 as regular conference registration. If the registration for a conference paper has not been done by its deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.
  • Every student registrant must scan his/her student's identification card and send to pc@ijcnlp2011.org, and also show the ID at the registration desk.

Note: Our Online payment is accept VISA, MasterCard and JCB cards issued by banks worldwide (we accept only in THAI Baht). Payment Gateway provides data security for both merchants and their customers via 128-bit SSL encryption system, a secure network firewall, and industry-standard security architecture. Verified by VISA system and MasterCard Secure Code system ensure the highest protection in accepting payment from author. For Thai people, we prefer transfer method in Thai baht.

  • If you request an invitation letter for your VISA application to Thailand, please check box in the Registration form. System will generate form for you and you can download it on the last page when your registeration successfully.

  • Every conference paper requires at least one Author's regular conference registration.
  • Every workshop paper requires at least one Author's regular workshop registration.


Cancellation

In the event of canceling registrations, written notice should be sent to IJCNLP 2011 Registration by e-mail to registration@ijcnlp2011.org or fax to +66-2501 3524.
If cancellation notice is received before October 01, 2011, registration fee will be refunded after charge 15%. Author registrations for conference papers can NOT be cancelled. Before November 01, 2011, the registration fee will be refunded after charge 50%. After November 01, 2011, the registration fee is not refundable in any case.
