Welcome to register to IJCNLP 2008. Before registration, please go through the details of tutorials, conferences, and workshop programmes on respective webpages.

Note: For each main conference or workshop paper, at least one author should register for the main conference (as well as for the related workshop for workshop papers) before Earlybird deadline.

Registration Stages

The following table lists the registration stages, to which the different registration rates may apply. To enjoy earlybird registration rates, please register by Nov 30, 2007.

Earlybird registration	Nov 1, 2007 to Dec 7, 2007
Regular registration	Dec 8, 2007 to Jan 6, 2008
Late/onsite registration	Jan 7, 2008 onward

Banquet

Local Organizing Committee has decided to host a contributed banquet on Jan 8, 2008 at ISB. The individual contribution is INR 1000 (US$25). Payment option made available on Registration page.

Hardcopy proceedings

A CD of the full Conference Proceedings including workshop proceedings will be provided to each registered delegate. If you also require a printed hard copy of the 2-volume Main Conference Proceedings, please order during registration. The price of the printed proceedings is INR 1750.

Refund Policy

1. All refunds will be made only after conference i.e., after 15 and before 31 JAN 2008.
2. Cancellations before earlybird date (7 Dec 2007) - deduction of 5% admin charges.
3. Cancellations up to 31 Dec 2007 - deduction of 25% handling charges.
4. Cancellations up to 6 Jan 2008 - deduction of 50% handling charges.
5. After 7 Jan 2008 - NO REFUND.
