Information for Attendees Needing U.S. Visas
Since visa applications can take 1–4 months to be approved, we advise that you apply well in advance. If you require an invitation letter for your visa application, please email the Local Arrangements Chair, Priscilla Rasmussen, at local@emnlp2016.net, with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your address
- If you are presenting, the title of the paper your are presenting
- If you are presenting, the venue of the presentation:
- Main Conference, or
- a Workshop (give name of workshop), or
- a Tutorial (give name of tutorial)
