Since the 2018 Q1 SIG report, a proposal has been submitted for the creation of a Broad-Interest-Group to promote diversity within the CL community. Approval of this proposal is pending decisions on restructuring of the ACL executive committee which will affect how the BIG officers will work with the ACL exec on initiatives relating to diversity.
