Subject: [ACL 2017] Reminders on early registration, bringing your children and accommodations

We are sending you this gentle reminder regarding ACL 2017.

1) Remember to register.  The early registration deadline is rapidly approaching.  If they register by June 23, 2017 then the main conference registration fee is USD $550 instead of $625 for regular participants (or $295 instead of $345 for students). 2) Bring your children to the conference.  ACL will be offering subsidized on-site childcare for the first time at ACL 2017. We have hired a professional childcare company, KiddieCorp, to provide this service.  Regular conference participants will be charged $10 USD per hour per child. 3) Book your hotel room as soon as possible.  The hotels are likely to sell out soon.  The student accommodations are already sold out.  Please find the list of hotels here: http://acl2017.org/participants/
