Subject: [ACL 2017] Reminder to seed additional reviewers for your track in START
Dear [reviewerFirstName] [reviewerLastName], This is a quick reminder that we will be pulling any additional names (START IDs or email addresses) from your track's committee scratchpad later today to seed the second and final round of reviewer invitations. Please coordinate with your fellow track chairs to put up any additional names you want. Just for your information, we have about 1000 reviewers accepting the invitation, and about 500 have completed the reviewer survey (which will help us assign them to your areas) and 200 of them have also filled in their TPMS profile. We have only a short (projected) shortfall of reviewers, but having more never hurts! Regards, [pcChair]
