2016Q1 Reports: ACL 2019

ACL 2019 will be held in Europe. The mailing list acl19cc@aclweb.org has been set up with Marti as owner and with Shiqi, Graeme and Yejin as addressees. The committee will also include four representatives of EACL as usual, but they have not been nominated yet. The plan is to have the call for bids ready for distribution after this year's ACL conference.
