2014Q1 Reports: ACL 2017

ACL 2017 mailing list will be created with Pushpak as owner and Hal Daume as member; since ACL 17 is in the US, it will have to be coordinated with NAACL. We need to pick 4 representatives from ACL and 4 from NAACL. The venue also will need to be discussed and fixed.
