2011Q3 Reports: SIG Convener

Summary of SIGs status (2011):

The ACL currently has 16 SIGs. SIGDAT (since 1993) haven´t had elections. SIGMT (since 2009) haven´t had elections, but is compliant since it is new. The others are compliant with ACL's SIG Guidelines: http://aclweb.org/adminwiki/index.php?title=SIG_Compliance. Two SIGs had held elections in 2008, five held elections during 2009, seven held elections in 2010. In number of members, there is a variation from 39 (SIGFSM) to 728 (SIGSEM)..
