ACL 2027:

- Location: The location has been determined, the country (Japan) was announced at the closing session of EACL 2026. The contracting with the venue is still ongoing and to be finalized soon according to Jenn. The exact location is to be announced at the ACL 2026 closing session.

- GC/PC co-chairs: General Chair (GC) and PC-chairs are in place since fall 2025. Upon request by PC-chairs, a 5th PC co-chair was selected in early 2026. The GC is currently working on setting up the rest of the conference organization team. Huge thanks to Yusuke for leading this effort and for everyone on the team for their time and work.
