Activities and Plans

SIGHAN 2024 Shared Task Chinese Dimensional Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (dimABSA) was held in conjunction with ACL 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. The SigHan plans to submit a workshop proposal for the next round of solitations for workshops in 2026.

The current board took office in January 2023 following the election in 2022. Per the SIGHAN constitution, a new board election should be held at the end of 2025.
