The ACL currently has 31 SIGs (up from 29 last year). The new SIGs is SIGSEA: SIG on Southeast Asian Natural Language Processing und SIGFinTech: SIG on Economic and Financial NLP. ACL also has one BIG (EquiCL). Most of our SIGs have between 100 and 500 members. Our largest SIGs are SIGDAT (23k members), SIGREP (ca 2k members), SIGARAB (just under 1000 members). The smallest ones are SIGUR and SIGWrit.

Most of the SIGs and the BIG are currently responsive; I note the following concern:

- SIGHan has not been very active in recent years; the last workshop they organized was in 2017; a workshop was proposed but not accepted last year. The SIG has missed holding a new election in last autumn but is planning on holding one soon.

- SIGWAC has not been very active in recent years; they did submit a short report though and are planning a future WaC workshop.

- SIGSEC, SIGTYP did not submit their reports on time (Tues July 22).

More information on specific SIGs can be found in the freshly updated SIG_Compliance or the SIGs' individual reports, which contain information on their board composition, membership and recent activities. Most SIGs report a recent growth in membership numbers, and most have recently organized a workshop or conference.
