Barbara Di Eugenio, who served as the conference officer from 2018 to 2020, handed over the role to Yusuke Miyao. The following report includes the work done by Barbara.

  • Significant updates are made on the conference handbook in the last quarter, while many parts still need to be updated.
  • The process of Test-of-Time paper award selection is starting, following the process determined last year.
  • Contacting the chairs of *ACL conferences to implement anti-harassment procedures in online conferences (which has been handled by PCC previously). A standardized guideline will be compiled after several trials.
  • Preparing the further improvement of the conference handbook and standardization.
