The conference officer's focus was on establishing the ACL Test-of-Time award (ACL ToT). After gathering background, and a periof of discussion with the exec, a proposal was brought forth, seconded and then voted upon. After the motion establishing the ACL ToT was passed in May, the focus moved to implementing it for 2019.
