- GC and PC Co-Chairs joined mattermost.

- Submission of PCs to own conference: After EMNLP 2025 and ACL 2026 as exceptions, PCs should not submit to their own conference (issue was voted on in the ACL exec in 2025)

- Location & dates of ACL 2027 TBA at EACL 2026, or the latest at ACL 2026.

As VP in the last quarter of 2025 I worked on:

- Participation in the ACL Peer Review Committee. Handover to that role to 2026 VP Elect Luke Zettlemoyer, to have continuity of ACL Exec as presence in the review committee.
