After the first CFP appeared on the website, we advertised it on different mailing lists. A newsletter was sent out in June which provided information about online registration, accepted papers, workshops, tutorials, venue information and visa information.Dissemination was done through mailing lists including

- Linguist List
- Machine Learning News
- ACL Web lists
- Semeval
- Segsem
- Seglex
- NTCIR Mail List
The publicity chairs also distribute information to local communities through different platforms:
- the mailing list of Chinese Information Processing Society of China
- the microblog plantform
- WeChat platform
The publicity chairs are currently working on the conference handbook of ACL-IJCNLP 2015.
