<p><b>New page</b></p><div>Hi - This is Charley Chan, the publicity chair for ACL2017. Chris Callison-Burch asked that I update the following page on guidelines for future publicity chairs about what the main tasks are, and include my recommendations on what platforms I used, what other chairs I communicated with and which activities I promoted. The goal of this is to spell out the responsibilities of the publicity chair and timeline so that future chairs don't have to spend as much time figuring out what to do.<br />
