	Note on the Tutorial Exchange: An unusual tutorial exchange occurred this year. The tutorial "AI for Science in the Era of Large Language Models" was originally accepted and selected by ACL. However, three out of four presenters faced difficulties obtaining visas for Thailand. As a result, the authors requested to present at other conferences. To accommodate this, we sought to exchange the tutorial with EMNLP. Fortunately, the EMNLP 2024 Tutorial Chairs found a tutorial titled “Computational Linguistics for Brain Encoding and Decoding: Principles, Practices, and Beyond” that was willing to swap.
