EMNLP 2022 will be held as a hybrid conference, with the in-person meeting in Abu Dhabi, December 7-11. The main conference is accepting papers through direct submission as well as ARR; over 4300 papers have been submitted directly, and the deadline for ARR commitments is July 24. Innovations at this EMNLP include an industry track, a required “limitations” section, and planned improvements to the web interface to better serve both virtual and in-person attendees.
