	- Migrated the ACL events mail server to AWS SES instead of using the built-in mail server provided by our hosting provider Bluehost. The membership has grown so large that we were not able to deliver event notifications on time to the ACL membership and kept running afoul of Bluehost limits which caused serious email outages. Migrating to SES has gone quite smoothly - we are able to send ~1600 emails/hr which means that, on average, notifications for an event published to the ACL portal is sent out to the full membership within 12-18 hours of publication.
