The program chairs have received 3717 submissions, among which 120 were desk-rejected. The remaining 3600 submissions are under review. Among them, 2540 are long and 1060 are short papers. Additionally, there are 131 demo papers under review. EMNLP 2021 also considers paper submissions through the ACL Rolling Review system and accepts TACL and CL papers for presentation.<br />
