			The ACL Exec had two exec meetings every year previously, including a teleconference early in a year and an in-person meeting during the ACL conference. Last year, we added another online exec meeting at the end of the year, and we will follow this practice this year. That's to say, we will have three exec meetings in 2019:

	The new member at-large will come from the EMEA region, replacing Jennifer Foster, the current SIG Chair. However, according to the resolution passed on May 7[[https://www.aclweb.org/adminwiki/index.php?title=ACL_Resolutions#May_7.2C_2019]], the new member at-large will not be a SIG chair. Instead, as stated in the resolution, the roles for the members-at-large will be assigned by the current ACL President on an as-needed basis, and may change throughout their terms. These roles will not require specialized knowledge beyond that of a well-informed, active member of the ACL community.
