			As already reported in 2014Q3, we initiated a process to revamp the EACL web pages, to make them more up-to-date and maintainable. Alexander Koller and Douwe Kiela led this initiative in 2014. The new site is now up and running. The EACL Board will keep working on polishing the current content during the upcoming months.

	As already reported in 2014Q3 we have created a new Conference Handbook, based on the ACL model and sharing much of its content, but tailored towards EACL. This initiative was led by Stephen Clark and Vivi Nastase, with input from the other members of the EACL Board, and Shuly Wintner, the General Chair of EACL 2014. The new Handbook is complete and ready to go online. This will happen during the first months of 2015. It will be publicly available, maintained by the Board and should be followed by the coming EACL 2017 organisers.
