	COLING 2014, the 25th International Conference on Computational Linguistics, will be organized by International Committee of Computational Linguistics (ICCL) and Centre for Next Generation Localisation (CNGL), Ireland, at the Helix Convention Centre at Dublin City University (DCU) from 23-29 August 2014. The main conference will take place from 25-29 August, preceded by workshops and tutorials on 23-24 August. Junichi Tsujii (Microsoft Research Asia, Beijing, China) and Jan Hajic (Charles University, Prague, Czech) will be PC Co-chairs, and Josef van Genabith will be the chair of the local organizing Committee.
