The business meeting of SIGMOL was held during the conference MoL 11 <br />
on August 20, 2009, at the University of Bielefeld. At the business <br />
meeting, the SIGMOL constitution has been discussed and accepted. <br />
<br />
The current officers of SIGMOL are Marcus Kracht (University of Bielefeld, <br />
president) and András Kornai (Boston University, vice president/president <br />
elect). <br />
<br />
After consultations and subsequent email votes by the members it was <br />
decided that the next conference of SIGMOL, MoL 12, will be held <br />
2011 in Tokyo. A bid to host this event has been issued by <br />
