The AACL Exec Meeting was held in 23th June. The agenda for the meeting included:

* discussion on work for the next phase (especially the need to release the call for bid for AACL-IJCNLP 2026).

* job distribution among the executive committee.
After discussion, the board appointed members to various positions. Maggie, Wenjie Li will serve as representatives at AFNLP. Sepchai Supnithi will act as the secretary, handling AACL affairs, and maintaining AACL policies and procedures. Mark Dras will continue in the role of treasurer, responsible for receiving, depositing, and disbursing funds on behalf of AACL. Lun-Wei Ku will take on the role of conference officer.
