Since the Thanksgiving (Nov 24 in US) is the last day of our original conference schedule (Nov 21-24), it might prevent some authors from submitting their papers. Therefore, AACL-IJCNLP-2022 will shift one day to Nov 20-23. Currently, AACL-IJCNLP-2022 is under the paper reviewing period.

AACL had formed the Conference Coordination Committee for organizing AACL-IJCNLP-2022. The associated Dates are listed below:

April, 2021: Call for bids
June 18, 2021: Notify intention to submit proposal
July 23, 2021: Draft proposals due
Through August 27, 2021: Feedback to bidders
September 24, 2021: Final bids due
October 29, 2021: Bid selected

We have got one intention email from Prof. Chia-Hui Chang (Taiwan) so far.

AACL has elected new executive committee for the term 2021-2022. The new officers are listed below.

Chair Keh-Yih Su Institute of Information Science, Taiwan;
Chair-elect Jian Su Institute for Infocomm Research, Singapore;
Secretary Wanxiang Che Harbin Institute of Technology, China;
Treasurer Mark Dras Macquarie University, Australia;
At large (Sponsorship officer) Akiko Aizawa National Institute of Informatics, Japan;
At large (conference officer) Xuanjing Huang Fudan University, China;
At large (information officer) Thepchai Supnithi National Electronics and Computer Technology Center, Thailand.

Also, AACL is responsible to organize AACL-IJCNLP-2022 conference. The associated Conference Coordination Committee (CCC) members are listed below. Currently, we plan to hold the AACL-IJCNLP-2022 around the December of 2022 (the previous AACL-IJCNLP-2020 was held during Dec. 4–7).
