<p>AnnaluWaller: Annual Report of the SLPAT SIG 2013-14</p> <hr /> <div>Elections for new officers were held in October 2012 (next election Fall 2014). <br /> <br /> The current elected officers are:<br /> <br /> President: Annalu Waller, University of Dundee <br /> Vice president: Matt Huenerfauth, University of Rochester<br /> Secretary-treasurer: Frank Rudzicz, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute and University of Toronto <br /> Student board member: Karl Wiegand, Northeastern University<br /> <br /> We have over 100 members on our membership list, and our website can be found at: www.slpat.org. Since becoming a SIG in 2012, we have held our fourth successful workshop at INTERSPEECH 2013 in Grenoble, France. This was a satellite event and was co-located with the 1st Workshop on Affective Social Speech Signals. This year will see the fifth SLPAT workshop, to be co-located at ACL 2014 in Baltimore on 26-27 June 2014. We also have a special issue of ACM TACCESS coming out and a special session at INTERSPEECH 2014.</div>
