in particular their eyes-free form, such as Google Home or Amazon Echo.&lt;br /&gt;
Dialogue plays major role in such systems. In particular, Aleksandr aims at rethinking&lt;br /&gt;
information retrieval and exploration for this new surface and finding new ways of evaluating&lt;br /&gt;
user experience.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He has experience in modeling and evaluating user experience of traditional search&lt;br /&gt;
and aims to transfer this expertise over to the world of eyes-free assistants.&lt;br /&gt;
Aleksandr received his PhD from the University of Amsterdam and has a number of publications&lt;br /&gt;
and tutorials at WWW, SIGIR, CIKM, WSDM, ECIR and served as a PC member of CIKM, WSDM, WWW&lt;br /&gt;
