Visa for visitors to the Czech Republic

Please refer to this web page for comprehensive information about visa requirements when travelling to the Czech Republic. Obtaining visa

For obtaining visa you will need a confirmation letter from the Local organizing commitee. In order to get one, send a request to kotesovcova@ufal.mff.cuni.cz with the following details:

  • Your full name and surname
  • Nationality
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth
  • Passport number
  • Expiration date
  • Permanent address
  • University
  • Reserved accommodation in Prague
  • The name and number of your accepted paper

A letter will be prepared in Czech, since it is meant for Czech authorities. We will send you a scanned letter by e-mail or by fax (fax number needed).
