DUTIES:
  Assemble officer reports for annual meeting, this includes making sure
that new officers know the format and insuring that the reports are
available in printed form for the meeting and presumably in a web accessible
form preferably before but surely after the conference.

TIMETABLE:
   Start about a month before the meeting, should be done about a week
before the meeting

SUGGESTIONS:

    Find a fixed web site for the reports, both while they are collected and
for the official versions to be available after the meeting. Currently,

for the preparation of the reports. It would be best if this web site
were not a personal web site but on the official acl web site.
